Owner Surrender Requests

If you can no longer care for your dog and would like to surrender him/her to our rescue, please complete the form below and we will be in touch. We do not accept bite-risk or aggressive dogs and are limited in which breeds we can take based upon the rules of the correctional institution and the willingness of our foster base.
